The Condominiums

All units have basic furnishing including bed, sofa, coffee table, dinning table, and a TV set.  We have full sized kitchen with a compact dish washer.  All units have stacked laundry units.

Reserved Covered Parking

Each unit has one reserved covered parking, there are additional but limited visitor parking availible.  Property is secured by access gates.

Pool and Gym

There is a pool on the property which is professionally maintained.  University of Texas GYM on Knight Road is an state-of-the-art facility for a very reasonable price.  No long term contract is required.
